The form is used to reserve a desired name for a period of 120 days and must be accompanied by a filing fee of $20. Additionally, the form must be accompanied by a copy of the Articles of Organization, Partnership Agreement, or Operating Agreement, depending on the type of business being registered. There are two types of Nebraska Application for Reserved Name: Form 6A and Form 6B.
