Nebraska Foreign Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Foreign Non Profit Corp) is a process that allows foreign non-profit organizations to change their registered agent and/or office location in Nebraska. A foreign non-profit organization must first file an annual report with the Nebraska Secretary of State before it is eligible to change its registered agent and/or office location. The foreign non-profit must then file a Form 514, Application for Change of Registered Agent and/or Office, with the Secretary of State. There are two types of Nebraska Foreign Change of Registered Agent And Or Office (Foreign Non Profit Corp): a change of registered agent and a change of office. A change of registered agent requires the foreign non-profit to provide information about the new registered agent, including their name, address, and phone number. A change of office requires the foreign non-profit to provide information about the new office location, including the address and phone number. The foreign non-profit must also pay a filing fee to the Nebraska Secretary of State.
