A Nebraska Statement of Qualification As Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is an official document that is filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State in order to register a limited liability partnership as a business entity in the state of Nebraska. This document must include the name of the limited liability partnership, the address of the registered office, the names of the general partners, and a statement confirming that the partnership meets the requirements of Nebraska law. It may also include additional information, such as the purpose of the business and the name and address of the registered agent. There are two types of Nebraska Statement of Qualification As Limited Liability Partnership: Initial Qualification and Qualification Renewal. An Initial Qualification is required for the formation of a new LLP, while a Qualification Renewal is used to update the LLP information on file with the Secretary of State.
