The Nebraska Acceptance of Appointment of Temporary Guardian And Temporary Public Guardian or Conservator is a form used to appoint a temporary guardian or conservator in the state of Nebraska. This form is used by the court to appoint a temporary guardian or conservator to manage the care, custody, and/or financial matters of an incapacitated or disabled individual. The form is signed by the individual appointed as temporary guardian or conservator, and they must agree to abide by the court’s order. There are two types of Nebraska Acceptance of Appointment of Temporary Guardian And Temporary Public Guardian or Conservator: Temporary Guardian and Temporary Public Guardian or Conservator. The Temporary Guardian is appointed by the court to manage the care, custody, and/or financial matters of an incapacitated or disabled individual. The Temporary Public Guardian or Conservator is appointed by the court to manage the care, custody, and/or financial matters of an incapacitated or disabled individual for the purpose of protecting the individual’s rights, property, and interests.
