It must be completed by two individuals who are familiar with the applicant’s current character and who are of good moral character themselves. The Nebraska State Bar Commission AFFIDAVIT — MORAL CHARACTER must be completed by the individuals listed, and must include information on the applicant’s reputation for truthfulness, honesty, integrity, and trustworthiness. The affidavit must also include information on any criminal convictions, past disciplinary actions, or other matters relevant to the applicant’s moral character. The affidavit must be signed, dated, and notarized, and submitted to the Nebraska State Bar Commission for review.
