Nebraska Worksheet 3 — Calculation for Joint Physical Custody (DC 6:1(3)) is a form used in the state of Nebraska to calculate child support when both parents share joint physical custody of the child(men). This form is used to determine the amount of child support that each parent is responsible for paying. It is based on the parents’ combined adjusted gross income, the number of days each parent has physical custody of the child(men), and the number of days the child(men) spend with each parent.
