The Nebraska Agreement for Selection of Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor is an agreement between the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and a provider organization that covers the selection and placement of VR counselors in Nebraska. The agreement provides a fair, equitable, and efficient process for selecting and placing qualified counselors who are capable of providing quality services to individuals with disabilities.
