Nebraska Sample Corporate Consulting Agreement This Nebraska Sample Corporate Consulting Agreement is entered into between C. Jones and Company, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant") and Para-Link, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Client").
