New Hampshire Form 14 Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation is a document filed with the New Hampshire Secretary of State to make changes to an existing corporation’s Articles of Incorporation. It is used to update or add information to the existing Articles of Incorporation, and must be signed by an officer of the corporation or their agent. There are two types of New Hampshire Form 14 Articles of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation: Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation and Amendment to the Bylaws. The Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation is used to make changes to the original Articles of Incorporation, such as changing the corporation’s name, changing the date of incorporation, changing the purpose of the corporation, changing the registered agent, or changing the authorized shares of stock. The Amendment to the Bylaws is used to make changes to the corporation’s operating procedures such as changing the board of directors, changing the bylaws, or changing the voting rules. Both documents must be signed by an officer of the corporation or their agent and filed with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.
