They must be filed with the New Hampshire Secretary of State and include the following information: the corporate name, the purpose of the corporation, the address of the registered office, the name and address of the registered agent, the names and addresses of the incorporates, the number of authorized shares, the amount of consideration to be paid for each share, the name and address of the initial directors, and any other provisions as required by the New Hampshire Professional Corporation Act. There are two types of New Hampshire Articles Of Domestication (Professional Corp): the original certificate of domestication and the amended certificate of domestication. The original is used to form the corporation while the amended is used to make changes to the existing corporation.
