New Hampshire Form FP-3 Foreign Partnership Amendment is a document used to amend the registration of a foreign partnership operating in the state of New Hampshire. It is required when a foreign partnership is making changes to the partnership agreement, including but not limited to the name, address, duration, or capital of the partnership. The amendment must be approved by the New Hampshire Secretary of State's office after submission of the form. There are two types of New Hampshire Form FP-3 Foreign Partnership Amendment: a Statement of Amendment and a Certificate of Amendment. The Statement of Amendment is used when the name of the partnership is changed, or when the address of one or more of the partners is changed. The Certificate of Amendment is used to make changes to the partnership agreement other than the name or address changes.
