New Hampshire Acknowledgment and Waiver of Rights — Violation of Probation is a form used by defendants when they have violated the terms of their probation. This form outlines the rights of the defendant and provides them with the opportunity to accept responsibility for their actions and waive their right to a hearing. This form is signed by both the defendant and the probation officer, and it serves as an acknowledgment of guilt. There are two types of New Hampshire Acknowledgment and Waiver of Rights — Violation of Probation: a Non-Adjudication Waiver and an Adjudication Waiver. The Non-Adjudication Waiver allows the defendant to accept responsibility for their violation and waive their right to a hearing, in which case the probation officer will determine the appropriate action to take. The Adjudication Waiver allows the defendant to accept responsibility and proceed to a hearing, in which case the court will determine the appropriate action to take.
