The New Hampshire Affidavit of Administrator Regarding Distribution of Insolvent Estate is a document that is filed by an appointed administrator to the court in charge of the insolvent estate. The Affidavit is used to provide evidence that the administrator has fulfilled all the duties and responsibilities of the insolvency process, including the distribution of assets of the insolvent estate. The Affidavit is also used to inform the court that all creditors of the insolvent estate have been paid or provided with adequate security for their claims, and that all remaining assets have been distributed according to the terms of the insolvency process. There are two types of New Hampshire Affidavit of Administrator Regarding Distribution of Insolvent Estate. The first is the General Affidavit which is used when a single administrator is appointed to manage the insolvent estate. The second type is the Joint Affidavit which is used when two or more administrators are appointed to manage the insolvent estate. Both types of Affidavit must be signed by the administrator or administrators, and must be notarized.
