The New Hampshire Non-Lawyer Affidavit (Corporation) is a document that is used to certify the existence of a corporate entity in the state of New Hampshire. This document is usually filed with the Secretary of State's office in order to register the corporation and give it legal status within the state. The affidavit must be signed by the president, treasurer, or secretary of the corporation, and is notarized by a notary public. There are two types of New Hampshire Non-Lawyer Affidavit (Corporation): the Affidavit of Incorporation and the Affidavit of Merger. The Affidavit of Incorporation is used to register a new corporation, while the Affidavit of Merger is used to register a merger between two existing corporations. Both documents must be completed and filed with the Secretary of State's office in order for the corporation to be legally recognized in the state.
