New Hampshire Vocational Rehabilitation Training Agreement (NH RVT) is an agreement between a vocational rehabilitation (VR) agency and a training provider to provide education, training, and employment services to individuals with disabilities. The goal of the agreement is to help persons with disabilities gain employment or self-employment. The NH RVT outlines the responsibilities of both the VR agency and the training provider, including the services to be provided, the duration of services, the payment for services, the evaluation of services, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. There are two types of NH RVT: an Individualized Agreement and a Group Agreement. The Individualized Agreement is for a specific individual and specifies the services to be provided, the duration of services, and the payment for services. The Group Agreement is for a group of individuals and outlines the services to be provided, the duration of services, and the payment for services.
