This type of crime occurs when a perpetrator threatens a victim with physical force, harm, or injury if they do not engage in sexual activity with them. The second type is Aggravated Sexual Assault by Use of Force or Coercion. This type of offense occurs when the perpetrator uses physical force, threat, or coercion to make the victim engage in sexual activity. The third type is Aggravated Sexual Assault by Injury or Trauma. This type of offense occurs when the perpetrator inflicts physical injury or trauma on the victim while engaging in sexual activity.
