The New Jersey Amendment to Schedule D E or F or List of Creditors is a document filed in Bankruptcy Court that lists a creditor’s name, address, account number, and amount of debt owed. This document is used to update the list of creditors in a debtor’s case when new creditors are added or existing creditors are removed. This document is a statutory form required by the New Jersey Bankruptcy Code. The New Jersey Amendment to Schedule D E or F or List of Creditors comes in two types. The first type is an amendment to a Chapter 7 debtor’s list of creditors. This amendment is used when a debtor wishes to add or remove a creditor from the list of creditors in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. The second type is an amendment to a Chapter 13 debtor’s list of creditors. This amendment is used when a debtor wishes to add or remove a creditor from the list of creditors in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case.
