The New Jersey Reaffirmation Agreement "Package" for E-Filers is a comprehensive set of legal documents that allow debtors to reaffirm certain debts in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. This package includes a Reaffirmation Agreement, a Questionnaire, and a Statement of Intention Form. The Reaffirmation Agreement is a legal contract between the debtor and the creditor that states that the debtor is voluntarily agreeing to pay back a debt that would otherwise be discharged in the bankruptcy. The Questionnaire provides additional information about the debtor and the debt being reaffirmed. The Statement of Intention Form confirms the debtor's understanding of the Reaffirmation Agreement and their intention to follow the terms of the agreement. There are two types of New Jersey Reaffirmation Agreement "Package" for E-Filers, one for individuals and one for married couples filing jointly.
