The New Jersey Application For Letters of Substitutionary Administration CTA is an official form used to apply for a Substitutionary Administration in the state of New Jersey. It is used to request permission from the court to appoint an executor, administrator, or other fiduciary to manage the estate of a person who has died without a Will. This form must be completed and filed in the county surrogate office in the county where the decedent was a resident at the time of death.
