The New Jersey Uniform Summary Support Order (USSR) is a form used by the state of New Jersey when determining child support payments. It is used to calculate, collect, and enforce child support payments, and it is based on the state’s child support guidelinesHussarOR is designed to ensure that the proper amount of child support is paid in a timely fashion, and that the money is received in a manner that is in the best interests of the child. There are two types of Users: a Pendent Lite order and a Final Order. A Pendent Lite order is issued before the Final Order is determined. This type of order is usually issued in cases where both parents have agreed on the amount of child support to be paid. The Final Order is issued after the court has heard all the evidence and has determined the amount of child support to be paid. Both types of orders can be modified by the court, and both require that the parent paying child support make payments via the New Jersey Family Support Payment Center.
