New Jersey Certification by Landlord — Appendix XI-T is a form used by landlords in the state of New Jersey to certify that they are meeting all the requirements of the state to become a landlord. This form must be completed and submitted to the appropriate government agency before a landlord can legally rent out a property. The form requires the landlord to provide information about their property, such as the address, the rental agreement, and the tenant's details. The landlord must also certify that they are abiding by the regulations and laws of the state concerning rental housing. There are two types of New Jersey Certification by Landlord — Appendix XI-T: the standard form and the residential form. The standard form is for landlords who are renting out residential properties, while the residential form is for landlords who are renting out commercial properties.
