Tier 1 offenses include crimes such as endangering the welfare of a child, luring, and criminal sexual contact. The New Jersey Notice of Appeal and Case Information Statement (CIS) for Appeals Involving Registration and Community Notification Laws (Megan's Law) requires the individual to provide the court with information such as their name, date of birth, court case number, and the offense for which they were convicted.
