The New Jersey Plea-09 Supplemental Plea Form for No Early Release Act (ERA) Cases (N.J.S.A. 2C:43-7.2) is a legal form which must be completed by individuals accused of a crime under ERA. This form is used to provide information about the offense, the accused, and the plea agreement, in order to determine the defendant’s eligibility for the No Early Release Act (ERA).
