A New Jersey Writ of Execution — Appendix XII-D is a court document used to enforce a judgment issued by a court in New Jersey. This document authorizes a sheriff to seize and sell property of the debtor in order to satisfy the court-ordered debt. There are two types of New Jersey Writ of Execution — Appendix XII-D, which include a Writ of Execution for the seizure and sale of real property and a Writ of Execution for the seizure and sale of personal property. The Writ of Execution contains information about the judgment, including the amount due, the parties involved, the date of the judgment, and the court from which it was issued. Additionally, the Writ of Execution provides instructions to the sheriff on how to seize and sell the property of the debtor. The sheriff must then provide a Sheriff's Return to the court indicating if and how the Writ of Execution was executed.
