The New Jersey CLE Ineligible List IOCHC Attorneys is a list of attorneys who are currently ineligible to receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits in the state of New Jersey. This list is compiled and maintained by the New Jersey Supreme Court's In-House Counsel Committee (IOC). The IOC is responsible for creating and maintaining CLE rules and regulations in the state. The list includes attorneys who have been found to have engaged in professional misconduct, have failed to meet CLE requirements, or have been subject to disciplinary action for violations of the state's rules of professional conduct. It also includes attorneys who have not completed required CLE courses or have not met other requirements for receiving CLE credits. The list is divided into two categories: Ineligible for CLE Credit and Ineligible for CLE Credit for a Specific Time Period. Attorneys who are Ineligible for CLE Credit are permanently ineligible to receive CLE credits in New Jersey. Attorneys who are Ineligible for CLE Credit for a Specific Time Period are ineligible to receive CLE credits in New Jersey for a specified period of time.
