New Jersey Certification in Support of Motion for Order Enforcing Litigant's Rights — Appendix XI-N is a document used in the state of New Jersey to certify that a litigant (person involved in a lawsuit) has made reasonable efforts to obtain the requested relief through the court's procedures, but has been unable to do so. The certification, which is filed as an appendix to the motion, must be signed by the litigant or their attorney and must include evidence of the litigant's attempts to obtain relief. The certification must also include a statement of the relief requested and an explanation of why the court should grant the motion. There are two types of New Jersey Certification in Support of Motion for Order Enforcing Litigant's Rights — Appendix XI-N: one for motions to enforce litigant's rights and one for motions to compel discovery. Each certification must include specific information, such as a description of the relief requested, a statement of the facts showing why the court should grant the motion, and a description of the attempts made to obtain the relief.
