New Mexico Motion to Waive Budget and Credit Counseling Requirements is a legal request that allows individuals to proceed with a bankruptcy filing without having to undergo the pre-filling credit counseling and pre-discharge financial management course requirements. This motion is used when an individual does not have access to the approved credit counseling agencies or cannot afford the associated fees. There are two types of New Mexico Motion to Waive Budget and Credit Counseling Requirements: Waiver of Pre-filling Credit Counseling and Waiver of Pre-Discharge Financial Management Course.
