The New Mexico CM/ECF Pro Se Account Registration Form is a document used to register an individual or entity for CM/ECF (Case Management/Electronic Case Filing) access in New Mexico. There are two types of Pro Se Account Registration Forms: the Pro Se Attorney Registration Form and the Pro Se Litigant Registration Form. The Pro Se Attorney Registration Form is required for attorneys registered in New Mexico who wish to access CM/ECF. The Pro Se Litigant Registration Form is required for non-attorneys who wish to access CM/ECF. Both forms require information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and the type of filing (i.e. attorney or litigant). Once the forms have been completed and submitted, the individual or entity will receive a confirmation email from the New Mexico CM/ECF system with instructions for activating the account.
