The New Mexico Uniform Application to Register Securities is a legal document that must be completed and filed with the New Mexico Securities Division in order to register securities for sale or resale in the state of New Mexico. The application must be completed in its entirety and signed by the issuing company and its officers. The New Mexico Uniform Application to Register Securities includes two forms: Form U-1 and Form U-2. Form U-2 is an additional form that must be completed for each additional security being registered.
