A Nevada Request and Order for Reinstatement is a form used to reinstate a company’s corporate existence that has been administratively dissolved by the Nevada Secretary of State. It is filed with the Secretary of State in order to resume the corporation’s corporate powers and privileges, such as the right to sue and be sued. There are two types of Nevada Request and Order for Reinstatement: Standard Reinstatement and Expedited Reinstatement. The Standard Reinstatement requires the submission of the Request and Order for Reinstatement, along with an additional form called the Statement of Information, and a filing fee. The Expedited Reinstatement requires the submission of the Request and Order for Reinstatement, along with an additional form called the Statement of Information, a filing fee, and an expedited fee. The Request and Order for Reinstatement must include the company’s name, the current address of the company’s registered office, the name and address of the company’s registered agent, and the name of the person signing the form. The Statement of Information must include the name and address of the company’s president, the name and address of the company’s secretary, and the name and address of the company’s treasurer.
