The Nevada Application for Attorneys Fees, Presiding Judges Fees, Costs and/or Interest is a form used by attorneys and court personnel when seeking reimbursement for legal costs associated with a court case. This form allows the person seeking the reimbursement to provide the court with information regarding the services rendered, the amount requested, and any other relevant information. The form is then filed with the court and a decision is made whether the costs will be reimbursed. There are two types of Nevada Application for Attorneys Fees, Presiding Judges Fees, Costs and/or Interest: a Motion for Attorney's Fees and a Petition for Attorney's Fees. The Motion for Attorney's Fees is typically used when a party wishes to seek reimbursement for legal costs associated with a court case that have been incurred before the final ruling of the case. A Petition for Attorney's Fees is typically used when a party wishes to seek reimbursement for legal costs associated with a court case that have been incurred after the final ruling of the case.
