The Nevada Declaration of Due Diligence is a form created by the Nevada Secretary of State that must be completed and submitted to the office in order to complete the process of incorporating a business in Nevada. The form requires that the incorporated provide information on the proposed business, including its name, type of entity, and business purpose, among other information. It also requires the incorporated to list the names and addresses of all the proposed directors, officers, and members of the company, and to provide a statement of good faith that the incorporated has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. There are three types of Nevada Declaration of Due Diligence forms: the Regular Declaration of Due Diligence, the Non-Profit Declaration of Due Diligence, and the Out-of-State Declaration of Due Diligence. The Regular Declaration of Due Diligence is used to incorporate a regular business entity in Nevada. The Non-Profit Declaration of Due Diligence is used to incorporate a non-profit corporation in Nevada. The Out-of-State Declaration of Due Diligence is used to incorporate an out-of-state business entity in Nevada.
