A Nevada Complaint for Divorce (No Children) is a legal document filed with the court in order to initiate the process of divorce for married couples without any children. It outlines the jurisdiction of the court, the grounds for divorce, and the requests for relief sought by the petitioner. There are two types of Nevada Complaint for Divorce (No Children): (1) Complaint for Divorce with No Property or Debt Division, and (2) Complaint for Divorce with Property or Debt Division. The Complaint for Divorce with No Property or Debt Division is used when the parties do not have any property or debt to divide. The Complaint for Divorce with Property or Debt Division is used when the parties have property and/or debt to divide. Both types of Complaint for Divorce must be signed by the petitioner and filed with the court in the county where the petitioner resides. The court will then review the Complaint and grant the divorce if all the necessary requirements are met.
