The Nevada Financial Disclosure Form is a document that is required by the Nevada Commission on Ethics to be filled out by certain public officials in the state of Nevada. This form is used to reveal financial interests and transactions of public officials, such as gifts, income, liabilities, investments, and interests in real estate. The two main types of Nevada Financial Disclosure Forms are the Annual Statement of Financial Disclosure (ASD) and the Confidential Financial Disclosure Form (CFDF). The ASD is required to be completed annually by all state officers, elected officials, public members of boards and commissions, and certain other public officials, while the CFDF is only required to be completed by state officers, elected officials, and certain other public officials who have been identified by the Nevada Commission on Ethics. Both forms require the disclosure of financial information related to the filer's income, investments, liabilities, real estate interests, and gifts.
