The Nevada F-7 Declaration and Schedule of Child Support Arbitrages is a form used by the Nevada Department of Child Support Services (CSS) to document the amount of money owed in child support arbitrages. This form is completed by the custodial parent, the parent who is entitled to receive child support payments, and the noncustodial parent, the parent who is responsible for making the child support payments. The Nevada F-7 Declaration and Schedule of Child Support Arbitrages outlines the amount of unpaid child support payments, the dates of each missed payment, and the total amount of arbitrages owed. It also includes a statement from the noncustodial parent that they are aware of the arbitrages owed. The Nevada F-7 Declaration and Schedule of Child Support Arbitrages must be signed by both the custodial and noncustodial parents and filed with the Office of the Clerk of the District Court in the county where the noncustodial parent resides. There are two types of Nevada F-7 Declaration and Schedule of Child Support Arbitrages: the original form and the amended form. The original form is used to document the first time the arbitrages are reported, and the amended form is used to update the arbitrages amount if it changes.
