Nevada Cover Page is a document used to submit documents to the Nevada Secretary of State. It is a cover sheet that must be filed with all documents that are submitted to the Secretary of State. There are three different types of Nevada Cover Pages: (1) Domestic Entity Cover Page; (2) Foreign Entity Cover Page; and (3) Certificate of Good Standing Cover Page. The Domestic Entity Cover Page is used when filing documents for a domestic (in-state) business entity. The Foreign Entity Cover Page is used when filing documents for a foreign (out-of-state) business entity. The Certificate of Good Standing Cover Page is used when requesting a Certificate of Good Standing from the Secretary of State.
