A Nevada Request to Reinstate — Individual is a formal document used to reinstate an individual’s driver’s license or other privilege that has been suspended or revoked by the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles. There are three types of Nevada Request to Reinstate — Individual: (1) Limited Privilege Request to Reinstate; (2) Full Privilege Request to Reinstate; and (3) Ignition Interlock Device Request to Reinstate. The Limited Privilege Request to Reinstate is used when the individual is eligible to have a limited driver’s license reinstated, such as for work or medical-related purposes. The Full Privilege Request to Reinstate is used when the individual is eligible to have a full driver’s license reinstated. The Ignition Interlock Device Request to Reinstate is used when the individual is required to have an ignition interlock device installed in order to have their license reinstated. All of these documents must be completed and submitted to the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles for consideration.
