There are two types of Nevada Debtors Certificate of Compliance For Hardship Discharge (Nanometer): the Form LV-DC-001 and the Form LV-DC-002. The Form LV-DC-001 is the standard form used for a Hardship Discharge. The Form LV-DC-002 is a supplemental form that must be used in certain cases, such as if the debtor is a member of the military or is subject to certain wage garnishments.
