The Nevada Statement of Cancellation by Nonfiling Domestic and Nonqualified Entities is a document filed with the Nevada Secretary of State for the purpose of revoking the authority of a domestic or nonqualified entity to transact business in the state. This statement is filed when a domestic or nonqualified entity has not filed a biennial list or annual list of officers, directors, and members, and has not filed a Nevada Annual List of Directors and Officers. The statement must be signed by a majority of the directors or the manager, and must include the name of the entity and the date of its formation. There are two types of Nevada Statement of Cancellation by Nonfiling Domestic and Nonqualified Entities: 1.
