Nevada Termination of Amendment of Articles of Organization(NRS86.221) is a legal document that must be filed with the Nevada Secretary of State in order to terminate an amendment to the Articles of Organization of a limited liability company in the state of Nevada. This document is used to make changes to the company's Articles of Organization, such as changing the name of the company, the members, the management structure, or other changes. There are two types of Nevada Termination of Amendment of Articles of Organization(NRS86.221): a “Voluntary Termination of Amendment” and an “Involuntary Termination of Amendment”. A Voluntary Termination of Amendment is filed when the company agrees to terminate the amendment and the amendment is no longer in effect. An Involuntary Termination of Amendment is filed when the amendment is terminated by an action of the Secretary of State, such as when the amendment is found to be invalid or incomplete.
