A Nevada Request and Order for Reinstatement is a legal document that is used to reinstate a qualified Nevada business entity, such as a corporation, limited liability company, or limited partnership that was previously administratively dissolved. This document is filed with the Secretary of State's Business Services Division. There are two types of Nevada Request and Order for Reinstatement: Standard Reinstatement and Long-Form Reinstatement. The Standard Reinstatement is used when the entity is not delinquent in filing fees, taxes, or reports. The Long-Form Reinstatement is used when the entity is delinquent in filing fees, taxes, or reports. Both documents contain the name of the entity, the name and address of the registered agent, the type of entity, the date of dissolution, and any other required information. Upon approval, the Secretary of State will issue an Order for Reinstatement and the entity will be reinstated.
