The Nevada Application For A Temporary And Or Extended Order For Protection Against Domestic Violence is a legal document that is used to help protect victims of domestic violence from further harm or harassment. This application is used to obtain a court order that will protect the victim from continued contact and abuse from the abuser. The application can be filled out either by the victim or a representative of the victim and must be filed in the district court where the victim resides. There are two types of Nevada Application For A Temporary And Or Extended Order For Protection Against Domestic Violence: 1.
