Confidentiality: The Consultant acknowledges that during the course of this agreement, they may have access to the Company's proprietary information, trade secrets, and/or confidential data. The Consultant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose, share, or use such information except as necessary to perform the consulting services described herein. 6. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, any intellectual property created, developed, or modified during the course of this agreement shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon a written notice provided within a specified timeframe, or if either party fails to fulfill its obligations under this agreement. The agreement also outlines the rights and obligations of each party upon termination. 8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.
