Nevada Sample Corporate Consulting Agreement: Fleet clean Systems, Inc. and Sammy Fletcher This Nevada Sample Corporate Consulting Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of the agreement between Fleet clean Systems, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") and Sammy Fletcher (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant"). The payment terms, frequency, and any additional expenses to be reimbursed will be detailed in the attached Compensation section. 5. Confidentiality: The Consultant acknowledges that during the course of this agreement, they may have access to the Company's proprietary information, trade secrets, and/or confidential data. The Consultant agrees to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose, share, or use such information except as necessary to perform the consulting services described herein. 6. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, any intellectual property created, developed, or modified during the course of this agreement shall remain the exclusive property of the Company. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon a written notice provided within a specified timeframe, or if either party fails to fulfill its obligations under this agreement. The agreement also outlines the rights and obligations of each party upon termination. 8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.
