New York Motion (All Purpose) is a dynamic fitness system designed to help you get in shape and stay in shape. It combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional fitness exercises to help you burn fat and build muscle. The program also includes mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help you stay focused and energized. The program uses a variety of equipment, including weights, kettle bells, suspension trainers, medicine balls, resistance bands, and body weight exercises. There are two types of New York Motion (All Purpose): the Level 1 program for beginners, which focuses on basic movements and foundational exercises; and the Level 2 program for intermediate to advanced exercisers, which includes more advanced movements and exercises. Both programs focus on building strength, improving endurance, and developing functional fitness.
