New York OSC to Withdraw as Counsel is a form used by the New York Office of Court Administration (OCT) to withdraw as counsel in a case. It is a formal request to the court to remove the attorney from the case. The form must include the name of the attorney, the case name, the court in which the case is pending, and the reasons for the attorney's withdrawal. There are two types of New York OSC to Withdraw as Counsel: voluntary withdrawal, which is initiated by the attorney; and involuntary withdrawal, which is initiated by the court.
