The New York Order Dated August 16, 2017, is a legal document issued by the Supreme Court of the State of New York. There are three different types of New York Order Dated August 16, 2017: a Cease and Desist Order, an Order to Show Cause, and a Final Judgment. The Cease and Desist Order prohibits any ticket sales in violation of the Order. The Order to Show Cause requires ticketing companies, venues, and resellers to appear in court and explain why they should not be found in violation of the Order. The Final Judgment is the court's ruling on the Order to Show Cause.
