The New York Administrative Order Regarding Assignment of Certain Cases to Hon. Richard B. Lowe III (Part 56) is an administrative order issued by the Supreme Court of New York in regard to the assignment of certain civil and criminal cases to the Honorable Richard B. Lowe III. This order applies to all civil and criminal cases in the Supreme Court of New York that are assigned to a Justice of the Supreme Court of New York. The order states that all cases assigned to Hon. Richard B. Lowe III shall be assigned to him and shall proceed before him unless otherwise specified by the Chief Administrator of the Courts.
