The New York Notice of Hard Copy Submission — E-Filed Proceeding is a document which is filed with the court to inform the court that a hard copy of a previously e-filed document has been submitted. This Notice is required for all documents that are e-filed in New York State. The Notice must be filed within 10 calendar days of the e-filing. There are two types of New York Notice of Hard Copy Submission — E-Filed Proceeding: 1. Non-Motion Hard Copy Submission — This Notice is used to inform the court that a hard copy of a non-motion document has been submitted. This includes documents such as petitions, orders, stipulations, and affidavits. 2. Motion Hard Copy Submission — This Notice is used to inform the court that a hard copy of a motion document has been submitted. This includes documents such as motions, notices of motion, orders to show cause, and affidavits in support of a motion. The Notice must include the name of the filing party, the date of the e-filing, the document type, and the name of the court where the document was e-filed. It must be signed by a person authorized to sign the document and must be filed within 10 calendar days of the e-filing.
