New York International Registration Plan (IRP) Schedule A & C — Part 5 is a form used to register vehicles with multiple jurisdictions for the purpose of apportioned fees. It is a type of apportioned registration for vehicles operating in different jurisdictions and is used to pay for fees associated with the operation of the vehicle. It is administered by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. There are two types of New York International Registration Plan Schedule A & C — Part 5: Schedule A and Schedule C. Schedule A is used to register a vehicle for the purpose of paying apportioned fees, while Schedule C is used to register for the purpose of paying apportioned fees and taxes. Both forms include information such as the vehicle's make, model, year, and license plate number; the owner's name, address, and contact information; the number of axles on the vehicle; and the type of fuel used.
