In addition, the Stipulation and Order also sets forth provisions related to the use of this confidential material and information, including the parties’ obligations to keep such information confidential. There are two types of New York Stipulation And Order For Production And Exchange of Confidential Information And Confidential Material Agreement: (1) Standard Stipulation and Order and (2) Special Stipulation and Order. The Standard Stipulation and Order is used when the parties agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement, while the Special Stipulation and Order is used when the parties need to negotiate the terms and conditions of the agreement.
